Fast-paced, empowering, and incredibly fun — for girls in grades 3–8, whether they're brand new to the game or ready to try something different.
Flag Football is for everyone.
We can't wait to see our community come together on the field — forming friendships, learning from great mentors, and growing into strong, confident young women. Because we truly are stronger together.
Flag football gives girls the chance to build confidence, learn new skills, and be part of a supportive team environment. Whether they're brand new to the game or ready to try something different, this league is all about growth, connection, and having fun together.
